Meet the Writer

Aloha! I’m Ashley Probst and my story began on the beautiful island of Maui, where I was born and raised in the historic town of Lahaina. I’ve also resided in sunny California, across the pond in England and on the road while traveling through the western United States.

Along the way, I’ve worked as a freelance writer and editor for various media outlets, both in print and online. My favorite topics to cover are travel, food, spirituality, fashion and sustainability. After moving back home, my writing has focused on sharing local tips and encouraging responsible tourism in Hawaiʻi.
